Lotus Life Community LLC offers Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Pilates, meditation, yoga Nidra, sound experiences, movement, breath practices, and other wellness experiences for educational and general wellness purposes.
These services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including the possibility of physical discomfort, injury, aggravation of an existing condition, or other adverse effects.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.
Before participating, consider consulting your physician or another qualified healthcare professional if you have any medical condition, injury, physical limitation, pregnancy-related concern, postpartum concern, or other health consideration that could affect your participation.
During any session, you are encouraged to:

Modify movements as needed

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Sound Experiences
Sound baths, sound meditation, singing bowls, and related experiences are offered as wellness and relaxation experiences.

If you have a condition that may make exposure to sound, vibration, reclining, meditation, or sensory experiences inappropriate for you, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
By participating in a Lotus Life Community LLC offering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for making informed decisions regarding your participation and for seeking professional medical guidance when appropriate.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I value your time and the time reserved specifically for you. This policy helps Lotus Life Community LLC maintain availability for our community while honoring the time and energy involved in preparing for each session.
Private Sessions
Private sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice may be eligible for a transfer, credit, or refund depending on the service purchased.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice, the session may be considered a no-show and the full session fee may apply.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
I will do my best to accommodate reasonable delays when possible, but additional session time cannot be guaranteed.
Emergencies
I understand that unexpected situations happen.
If an emergency or significant unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible. Lotus Life Community LLC may use discretion in applying this policy based on the circumstances.
Lotus Life Cancellations
If Lotus Life Community LLC needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered an alternative time or an appropriate refund or credit, depending on the circumstances and the service purchased.
Packages and Special Offerings
Workshops, events, packages, corporate services, and special offerings may have cancellation policies that differ from the standard private-session policy.

Services may be booked and paid for through our website and Squarespace booking and payment systems.
We may also accept payment through Venmo for certain services or arrangements.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change. The price presented at the time of purchase or booking will generally apply to that transaction.
A booking is considered confirmed when the applicable booking and payment requirements have been completed.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6. Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments
